Data We Process

We only process the information you enter into the contact form: first and last name, email address, address or location, phone number (if provided), selected project type, and your message. Upon submission, the server calculates a non-reversible hash of your IP address strictly to limit submission frequency (one per minute, three every ten minutes). This hash is not stored alongside your inquiry, expires after ten minutes, and is subsequently deleted. Our hosting provider maintains standard technical server logs for security and operational reliability.

Data Transfer & Storage

Inquiries are saved on the site's hosting server and forwarded via email to info@kleincasa.com. You will receive an automated confirmation email at your provided address containing your name, project type, and the request timestamp. No data is shared with third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your inquiry only as long as necessary to fulfill your request, and for a maximum of twelve months, after which it is permanently deleted.

Cookies

This website uses a single technical cookie (kc_lpd) to record that you have acknowledged this notice, valid for twelve months. No profiling cookies, third-party cookies, or other local storage data are used.

No Third-Party Tools

This website does not use tracking tools, analytics, or external services. All fonts, imagery, and visual assets are served directly from our own server. No external requests are sent to third-party domains.
